Important Instructions for JKBOSE Class 11th Candidates
The board has issued several important instructions for students appearing in the Private/Bi-Annual 2026 examination.
Vocational Subject Candidates Not Eligible
Candidates having vocational subjects as one of the elective subjects are not eligible to appear under private category except those who have already passed the practical examination of the concerned vocational subject.
Practical Examination Fee Details
- No practical fee will be charged from candidates who have already qualified practical subjects in re-appear papers
- External practical fee of Rs. 100 per subject will be applicable wherever required
Fresh Private Candidate Eligibility
Students who passed Class 10 examinations in Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2025 session are eligible to appear under Fresh Private category in Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2026 examination.
Subject Change and Registration Renewal
JKBOSE clarified that registration renewal fee and subject change fee, wherever applicable, will be charged separately in addition to the examination fee.
