JEE Main 2026 Admit Card: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2026 admit card today, January 17, 2026.

Candidates can check and download the admit card on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.  The session 1 exams will be conducted on January 21, 22, 23 and January 24, 2026.

Candidates are advised to login with their application number and password on other links available on the official website in case the admit card download link is not working.

  • On the homepage, click on “Admit card for JEE Main session 1” under “Candidate Activity” board.
  • Enter your application number and password.

How to Download

Once active, the official link will be hosted exclusively on the NTA website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.

  • Required Credentials: Candidates must keep their Application Number and Password ready.

  • Warning: NTA never sends admit card links via email or third-party apps. Always rely on the official site.

Exam Schedule & Documents Required

The admit card will contain crucial details such as the specific exam date, shift timing, and exam centre address.

Exam Dates & Shifts:

  • Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech): January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28, 2026.

    • Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

    • Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Paper 2A & 2B (B.Arch/B.Planning): January 29, 2026.

    • Time: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Mandatory Documents to Carry:

  1. Printout of Admit Card (downloaded from NTA website).

  2. One Passport-size Photograph (same as uploaded in the application form).

  4. PwD Certificate (if claiming relaxation/scribe).

  5. Transparent Ball Point Pen.

Locker facility at JEE Main centres

Any item other than those listed above will not be allowed inside the JEE Mains exam centre. Some exam centres have a luggage room facility where candidates can place their belongings, such as bags, books, or any eatables. What to Do in Case of Error in JEE Main Admit Card 2026

JEE admit card 2026 might contain some incorrect information that does not match the details you filled in the JEE Main 2026 application form. These could be related to their personal details or information related to test centres. To prevent any problem on the exam day due error in the admit card, students should check the following details carefully:

  • Name
  • Paper
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Test centre name

  • State code of eligibility
  • Category
  • In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or photograph and signature shown in the JEE Mains admit card 2026, the candidate has to immediately approach the NTA Help Line from 10:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.

JEE Main 2026 Admit Card Status Update

The National Testing Agency has released the JEE Main 2026 admit card for candidates scheduled to appear on January 21, 22, 23, and 24. These candidates can now access their hall tickets through the official JEE Main website using their application number and date of birth.

However, the admit card for candidates whose exams are scheduled on January 28 and January 29 has not been issued yet. NTA has clarified that the remaining JEE Main 2026 admit cards will be released in due course. Students are advised to rely only on official updates.

The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Admit Card was released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on January 17, 2026. Upon downloading from the official JEE Main website, candidates must strictly verify the following important things:
