DSEK Revises School Timings Across Kashmir, New Schedule from April 1
The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has officially revised school timings across the Kashmir Division. The new schedule will come into effect from April 1, 2026, for all government and recognized private schools.
The decision has been issued through Order No. 119-DSEK of 2026 dated March 30.
New School Timings in Kashmir 2026
As per the latest order, different timings have been fixed for Srinagar city and other areas:
📍 Srinagar Municipal Limits
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
📍 Outside Srinagar & Other Districts
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
