The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charge to Chief Accounts Officers and Accounts Officers in the interest of administration.
As per Government Order No. 41-F of 2026 dated January 28, 2026, issued by the Finance Department, the following additional charge arrangements have been ordered with immediate effect:
- Tasawaf Amin, Financial Advisor/CAO, J&K Tourism Development Corporation, has been given additional charge of Financial Advisor/CAO, Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project, till Shafaat Ahmad returns from leave.
- Jaswinder Pal Singh, Chief Accounts Officer, Resource Division, Finance Department, has been assigned additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer, Youth Services & Sports Department, till further orders.
- Akhtar Ali, Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, will also hold the charge of Chief Accounts Officer, Lake Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA) till Sabreena Qadir returns from leave.
- Ravi Kumar, Accounts Officer, DC Office Kathua, has been given additional charge as Pay & Accounts Officer, District Urban Development Agency (DUDA), Kathua, till further orders.
The order has been issued by Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Santosh D. Vaidya, IAS.
