The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department (SED) has issued an official order assigning the “look-after” charge of Principal and equivalent posts to three Senior Lecturers.
In addition to these appointments, the government has also ordered the transfer and posting of 56 other lecturers to ensure the smooth functioning of educational institutions across the Union Territory.
1. Look-After Charge of Principal (3 Senior Lecturers)
The following officers have been assigned the temporary charge of Principal/equivalent, pending clearance by the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) or Public Service Commission (PSC):

Abdul Rashid Giri: Transferred from HSS Trown (Doda) to HSS (Boys) Banihal.
Shiv Lal: Transferred from HSS (Boys) Banihal to DIET Banihal.
Gulshan Afroza: Transferred from GHSS Budgam to DIET Srinagar.
Pritam Singh: Transferred from HSS Balmatkote (Reasi) to HSS Mahore.
Rachna Tomar: Transferred to Boys Model HSS R.S. Pura.
Rita Sharma: Transferred to HSS Chan Arorian, Kathua.
Neelam Kumari: Posted to Samagra Shiksha, Jammu.

3. Official Conditions
The order specifies strict conditions for these assignments:
JK Education orders transfers and postings of CEOs
Temporary Status: The arrangement is purely temporary and made in the interest of administration. It does not confer any preferential right for regularization.
Reporting Time: All officers must report to their respective Chief Education Officers (CEOs) within 10 days. Failure to join will result in the cancellation of the assignment ab-initio.
Powers: The officers holding the look-after charge will exercise Drawing and Disbursing Powers (DDO) in addition to their administrative duties.
