No CUET Required for Admissions in J&K Colleges 2026 – Check New Admission Process

In a major update for students, the Directorate of Colleges, Higher Education Department, Jammu & Kashmir has announced that CUET will not be required for college admissions in 2026-27.

👉 Admissions to Four-Year Undergraduate Programmes (FYUGP) and Integrated PG Courses will now be based only on Class 12 merit.
