The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of nine Tehsil Supply Officers (TSOs)in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, in the interest of administration.
As per Order No. 075-DFCS&CAK of 2026 dated January 27, 2026, the following adjustments have been made with immediate effect:
- Fayaz Ahmad Ahanger, TSO Pahalgam, transferred and posted to Qazigund Circle, relieving Mohammad Afzal Dar of additional charge.
- Parvaiz Ahmad Khanday, TSO (Administration Section), transferred and posted as TSO Seer Circle.
- Tariq Ahmad Shah, TSO Seer Circle, transferred and posted as TSO Pahalgam Circle.
- Abdul Majid Hajam, TSO Lone Harie Circle Kupwara, transferred and posted as TSO Sopore-A Circle, relieving Nasir Ahmad Khan of additional charge.
- Ulfat Gull, TSO Anantnag-B, and Javaid Ahmad Bhat, TSO Sirgufwan-B, have swapped their places of posting.
- Mohammad Shafi Parry, TSO Pahloo-Kulgam, and Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, TSO Bijbehara Circle, have interchanged their postings.
- Abdul Ahad Sofi, TSO FSD FCI Baramulla, will look after the work of Baramulla-D Circle, relieving Farooq Ahmad Lone of additional charge.
- Mukhtar Ahmad Sheikh, TSO Tangmarg-B Circle Baramulla, transferred and posted to Nawab Bazar Circle, relieving Bilal Ahmad Bhat (TSO Mills) of additional charge.
- Suhail Sharief Wani, TSO Pattan Circle, will also look after the work of Tangmarg-B Circle in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
The order has been issued with immediate effect to streamline administrative functioning.
