The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated Ms Rehana Batul, IAS (AGMUT:2010) as Director General, Jammu and Kashmir Institute for Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD).
According to Government Order No. 86-JK (GAD) of 2026 dated January 20, 2026, the re-designation follows her promotion to the Super Time Scale (Level-14 in the Pay Matrix) by the Ministry of Home Affairs and her assumption of charge on January 1, 2026.
The order has been issued by the General Administration Department with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir.
