Senior IAS officer of the erstwhile J&K cadre, Bipul Pathak, has received a new posting in Delhi.
He has been transferred and appointed Additional Chief Secretary (Social Welfare), with additional charge as Director, Union Territory Civil Services (UTCS), as per details with Cross Town News.
